Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Services
1.1 We provide website design services only.
We do not provide:
Custom coding or development
Backend configuration
Advanced integrations
IT support
Hosting or domain services
1.2 If custom coding, advanced features, or technical development is required, the client must contact a qualified web developer or their website platform provider (Squarespace, Wix, GoDaddy, etc.).
1.3 We will design your website based on the content and direction you provide. The client is responsible for all text, images, products, services, prices, business information, and legal disclosures on the website.
2. Content Responsibilities
2.1 The client must provide all website content unless they request content writing assistance. This includes:
Text
Photos
Product descriptions
Pricing
Business information
2.2 We may upload one example product or service for layout or demonstration purposes only. The client is responsible for loading the remaining products/services.
2.3 We do not design or publish websites containing:
Political content
Inappropriate, explicit, or harmful material
Hate speech or discriminatory content
We reserve the right to decline or terminate a project that violates these guidelines.
3. Revisions
3.1 Each website package includes three (3) revisions.
3.2 Revisions must be requested within one (1) week after the first draft is delivered.
3.3 Any revision requests made after the 1-week window may require an additional fee.
3.4 Additional revisions beyond the included three will incur extra charges.
4. Project Timeline
4.1 Timelines vary depending on the client’s responsiveness and content submission.
4.2 Delays in providing information, access, or content may extend the project timeline.
5. Payments & Refunds
5.1 Payment is required before work begins.
5.2 The client has 48 hours after payment to request a refund.
5.3 No refunds will be issued if any design work has already been completed.
Once we begin designing the website, the payment is fully earned.
5.4 If the client becomes unresponsive (14 days or more), the project may be paused. No refunds will be issued in cases of client inactivity or abandoned projects.
6. Technical Issues & Platform Support
6.1 We are not responsible for:
Platform outages
Website bugs
Third-party errors
Hosting or domain issues
Email setup or delivery problems
Billing issues with Squarespace, Wix, GoDaddy, or other vendors
6.2 Any technical issues must be handled directly with the website vendor or hosting company.
6.3 We do not provide ongoing tech support unless a separate maintenance agreement is purchased.
7. Ownership & Access
7.1 The client must provide access to their website platform (Squarespace, Wix, GoDaddy, etc.).
7.2 Once the project is completed and approved, ownership of the website content is fully transferred to the client.
7.3 We may request to add the completed site to our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate information
Submit all required content on time
Review drafts promptly
Provide login credentials or admin access
Approve or request revisions within the allowed timeline
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Loss of revenue or business
Damages due to website downtime
Misuse of the website by the client
Legal compliance (privacy policies, disclaimers, etc.)
SEO performance, rankings, or traffic results
The client is responsible for ensuring their website complies with all legal requirements in their industry.
10. Project Completion
A project is considered complete when:
The design is delivered
Revisions (up to 3) are completed
The client approves the final version, or
One week has passed without revision requests
After completion, further changes may require a new service request or payment.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
